An Essex girl through and through, I’m an Advanced SOMA Breath Coach with a deep love for music (especially house 🎶🔥), movement, and all things energy. Dancing, laughing, and feeling truly alive are my favourite things to do! Breathwork has transformed my life, and now I’m here to help you find your own power, joy, and freedom through the breath.

If you're seeking deeper personal support, my 1:1 sessions are tailored just for you. Together, we’ll use breathwork, somatic tools, and nervous system regulation techniques to move stuck energy, release trauma, and return to a place of inner calm and empowerment.
🌸 Teenage Girls Sessions
These sessions are a safe and supportive space for teen girls to learn about emotional regulation, breathwork, confidence, and self-love. Through fun, simple tools, they’ll build resilience and a strong inner foundation to carry into their daily lives.
💃 Breathe & Dance Workshops
A powerful blend of breathwork and free movement to shake off stress and reconnect with joy. These 3 hour experiences are filled with music, laughter, release, and celebration—an invitation to feel fully alive in your body.
🌈 6-Week Nervous System Reset Course
This signature course is a beautiful deep dive into the power of your breath. Each week focuses on a different theme, from regulating the nervous system and cultivating heart coherence, to working with the mind and releasing stored trauma. We’ll move, breathe, chant, and rise together. In-person and online options available.
